Refund Policy

Effective: 1st January 2025

Refunds require constructive feedback.
Please include what you expected, what you tried, what blocked you, and one concrete suggestion.

Refund Window:
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
CAL Pro Refunds:
You may request a full refund for CAL Pro within the 14-day window.
CAL Elite Refunds:
Refunds for CAL Elite are prorated.
We can only refund the remaining unused consulting sessions within your current billing cycle.
Review & Approval:
If your feedback meets the requirements, we’ll approve your request and process the refund within 24–48 hours.

• Feedback
• (For CAL Elite) Number of sessions already used
Cancellations:
You can cancel anytime. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
