1. Refunds require constructive feedback.
   Include: what you expected, what you tried, what blocked you, and one concrete suggestion.

2. Window: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase or renewal.

3. Review & approval: If your feedback meets the above, we’ll approve it and initiate your refund within 24–48 hours.

4. How to request: Email [email protected] with your order email, receipt ID, and the feedback.

5. Cancellations: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
