The Faculty of Art and Design at the Durban University of Technology, South Africa has held its 7th Annual Digital Festival (DigiFest 2020) on the 4th to the6th November 2020. The event, themed, “synergy”, aim to discuss, showcase and celebrate cutting-edge projects, ideas and educational activities resulting from interdisciplinary collaborations and practices across art, design and technology.
This year's event will focus on promoting digital technology; hence, I was invited be the Guest Speaker at this year's DigiFest event. I was identified based on my expertise in digital technology, especially in augmented reality they requested that I speak on Augmented Reality and its application in across various creative disciplines in the Faculty of Arts and Design at DUT (video technology, graphic design, fine art, interior design, photograph etc).
