I built an email agent that saves me over 60% of my inbox time daily

Every morning, I’d open my inbox and the same thing happened. Spam, promotions, and a handful of important emails buried somewhere deep. I couldn’t focus until I hit inbox zero. Hours slipped away chasing that perfect clean slate.

I was hunting for the needle in the haystack. Sure, email providers try to help by sorting some of it, but critical messages still slipped through. You know the ones — a potential lead, a client issue, a partner opportunity. Missing just one can cost you.

That’s why we built the Email Agent. Not for a client, but to solve my own problem.

Now, I don’t live in my inbox. I command it from the outside.

From Telegram, I can ask my agent: “Are there any new leads I need to tackle?” or “Show me today’s high-priority emails.” It pulls the signal from the noise and delivers it straight to me. I can say, “Mark all promotional emails in my main inbox as read and move them.” Done. The clutter disappears.

The entire back-and-forth that kills productivity is handled without your input.
• Project Management Automation: A client sends final approval on a proposal. The Email Agent extracts deliverables and deadlines. It tells a Project Management Agent to create a new project in your tool of choice, build the task list from a template, and assign tasks to your team. The project is running before you even create a single task.
• Content & Marketing Automation: You get a glowing testimonial via email. The Email Agent spots it as valuable social proof and forwards it to a Content Generation Agent. That agent drafts a LinkedIn post, a tweet, and a case study entry — all in your brand’s voice. You just approve and post.
• CRM & Financial Automation: An email confirms a new client signed and paid. The Email Agent triggers your CRM Agent to move the contact from “Lead” to “Active Client” and alerts your Financial Agent to log the revenue. The entire on-boarding starts from one email. 

This is how you build a truly self-running business. A team of AI agents handling complexity so you can focus on the work that actually matters. The Email Agent is the command center for this automated operation.

A look under the hood of this agent

Our Email Agent combines three components that work in harmony to manage your inbox efficiently.

The Command Center: Telegram 

You control everything through Telegram. It’s the single place where you send commands in plain English. The Telegram trigger listens for your instructions and passes them to the AI brain to interpret and delegate. This means you never have to open your inbox again.

The Brain: An AI That Thinks

At the core is a fine-tuned GPT-5 mini model with “thinking” and memory capabilities. It understands complex requests, recalls previous conversations, and figures out which tool to use for each task. It’s not just following orders — it’s reasoning.

The Toolkit: What It Can Do

The AI brain has a set of tools it uses to manage your email: 

• Draft and send replies
• Add or remove labels to organize emails
• Create drafts for your review
• Search and retrieve specific emails or threads
• Fetch all available labels in your inbox
• Mark emails as unread
• Compose and send new emails from scratch

While this system can process email faster it also removes the task altogether, freeing you to focus on what matters.

The setup for this agent can be complex. If you are not tech-savvy, I will have the full detailed instructions in Corporate Automation Library (CAL), which will host the n8n code and steps required to get this running on your server.
